Immersive E-learning Solutions
Focus: UI design - E-learning solutions for corporate clients
Collaboration: Creative, learning designers, external stakeholders
At Siyona Tech, I worked on the design of immersive e-learning experiences for corporate clients, focusing on transforming complex and often compliance-driven topics into engaging, scenario-based learning.
Working closely with learning designers and developers, I helped bring scripted narratives to life through UI design, visual storytelling, and interactive elements. The goal across projects was to increase engagement, motivation, and information retention by placing learners at the centre of each experience.
Scenario-based Learning Approach
Two key projects included an incident management simulation and an insider trading module — each using a distinct narrative themewhile following the same underlying learning framework.
For the incident management project, the experience was designed from a first-person perspective, guiding users through a simulated working day during a cyber attack scenario. Visuals, animation, photography, and interactive decision points were used to mirrorreal-world pressure and encourage active problem solving.
The insider trading module took a more playful, themed approach, drawing inspiration from 1920s visual language and The GreatGatsby. Art-deco styling, period-inspired assets, and narrative-driveninteractions helped transform a complex compliance topic into animmersive and memorable experience.
Across both projects, content was structured as a progressive journey, requiring users to make decisions, answer questions, andnavigate consequences as the narrative unfolded.
Outcome & Impact
Both learning experiences were positively received by clients, who h ighlighted increased engagement and motivation amongemployees. Feedback noted that the scenario-based format helpedlearners feel more prepared and confident when applying knowledgein real-world situations.
