I led the design and marketing function at DDC Solutions, working closely with the founder to evolve the company’s brand and marketing presence following its early growth phase post-launch.

When I joined, the business had focused primarily on securing clients, with brand consistency and marketing taking a secondary role. My role was to streamline the visual identity, establish clearer brand foundations, and increase visibility and engagement across social platforms.

Working alongside a small design and marketing team, I helped organise existing brand assets, implement standardised visual guidelines, and streamline internal workflows. We planned and delivered quarterly marketing and social media campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while allowing flexibility for future growth. Our collective work paid off, being nominated in the top 75 for the ‘100 Top SMEs 2023’ - progress we were all proud of.
